Christmas!

'
We baked lots of cookies for Christmas!

My sister Kira and her family came down to visit.  We decorated waffle cones as Christmas trees instead of ginger bread houses.  It was nice and easy.

The kids ate them right off the bat, so no dried out candy sitting on a house for a week on my counter.  lol

My mom paid for Adventure landing for the kids.  They had a blast!

Leah loved having Emily hang with her!

Some of the boys rode their own go karts.

Dallin enjoyed passing up Evan and Max.
Joshua was tall enough to drive on his own.  He loved it!  Emily wanted Kira to drive with her and Leah wanted Grandma.  Jenny and Tony even had a go around.

Christmas Eve night

Michael loves to place presents just so

Always fun to have girl time especially with Aunt Ki!

Christmas jammies and no one will sit still for a picture.

We played some egg splat!

We had a nice turkey dinner on Christmas Eve

We played a lot of settlers.

We opened up a few gifts on Christmas Eve because the Brown's left on Christmas day 6 am.  We did the stockings on Christmas morning with Brown's before they left.

The kids enjoyed their presents.

Aaron loves to sweep, so he has his won broom now.

Leah loves her castle.

They loved playing hockey!  Dallin and Michael also put together and programmed a robot.

Michael is enjoying blocks so Aaron can knock it off.

Michael was so proud of his 3d puzzle.

We had a great Christmas!  We love when people come to visit.  Jenny took the kids to nickelrama and we played lots of games.  We had the Clarks eat tamales with us and Jessica took pics.  WE are blessed!  We love celebrating the birth of Jesus!

More Christmas and Robotics competition

Aaron is still crazy.  I pull him off the table several times a day.  He is trying to get Mitchell the elf.

We did pajamas with the principals.  They feed us In and Out and then we drink hot cocoa and listen to the principals read.

The kids had a great time, and they also got to go home with a new book.

We had our Ward Christmas party.  The primary had activities set up for the kids.  Michael and Danny decided to try out the obstacles with the babies.  ha ha

They had a 12 days of Christmas theme so here they are maids a milking.  lol

Dallin had his first robotics competition.  Aaron had a good time watching.

Dallin and his team did great!

They placed 9th out of 48 teams.

Christmas parade and Micah is back.

Leah had her Christmas program.  It was so fun.  They played all kinds of instruments.

She had a speaking part and did amazing.  Ms. Todd is awesome!  She really did a great job with the kids and their songs.  I really hope Evan gets her next year.

We went to the Christmas parade in Rowlett.  It was fun!

Micah, Michael's cousin just got home from his mission.  We went over to his Uncle's house to have dinner and hung out with the West side.

Michael's cousin Adam and his family recently moved to Texas.  We had them over to spend the night.  It was so fun to have them all play together.

They played at the park downtown.

Michael and Adam had a great time catching up.

Joshua's Birthday and other celebrations

Joshua earned his Arrow of Light.  He got his arrow and was so excited about it.  We are proud of his hard work.

Aaron likes to sneak in the fridge and eat tomatoes.

The boys had their honor choir concert.  They sounded great. It is so fun to watch and their teacher does a great job with them.

Dallin is on his school's robotics team.  He has his first competition coming up.

Aaron is my busy body.  He just had his 15 month check up.  He is doing great, but didn't gain much weight.

Joshua turned 11 yesterday.  I can't believe how fast time is going.  He is a great older brother.  He is smart and helpful.  He wants to go into the science field.  We are so proud of him and all that he is.  We are blessed to have him in our family.

He loves the strategic games.

He wanted chocolate lasagna for his cake.  Michael made it once before, and Joshua loved it.  I had Michael make it again for him.

Joshua got great presents!  He has played with them all.

We had a gift dropped off at our house on Friday.  We love it all.  I asked the kids to hold their pillow, but Aaron had a different idea about his pillow.  ha ha.  I thought the picture turned out great for my five.
