May

Here we are in May now.  May is so busy.

We had band concerts.

Joshua did a great job!

We raced and Leah PRd her 5k!

Leah was inducted into National Honor Society

Leah had an undefeated soccer season.

It was fun to see her grow as a player.

Evan had a great season.  He scored several goals.

We set up a pool. It was Michael's birthday present.  He has been enjoying it with the kids

We ran a race with all the kids.  Aaron prd his 5k!

I am ambassador for a race company so I get a fun yellow shirt to wear and promote the race.  

Aaron had a great soccer season.  He scored a few goals and is better playing a position.

I love watching my kids.  

Leah also had an orchestra concert.  She did great and made Honors orchestra next year!  

 

April

We had visit from the Websters.  It was so fun to have them come and hang out with us!

Websters took us out for barbecue.  It was delicious.  I did laugh at Aarons choices though.  

The kids had a good time playing games.

We went downtown to enjoy the eclipse.

This picture doesn't do justice but it was pretty amazing to see the eclipse.  I loved witnessing it in a group atmosphere.  People's excitement was so catching.

My Grandpa passed away.  It is nice he can be with my Grandma.  We had whirlwind trip to the funeral and say hi to family.  It was good to see everyone and I am missing my grandpa.  

Evan did the instrument drive to pick an instrument for next year.  He picked the tuba!  We have the low brass covered in this family.

We have been doing quite a bit of archery.  The kids have been enjoying it. 

Joshua made it to World Championship robotics.  It was so amazing, and I am so proud.  

They did a great job, they didn't advance to finals but they had a great season!  It was fun to watch them use google translate to try and speak with alliances from other countries.  It was an amazing experience.  He hopes to repeat next year!

 

March

Track season was in full swing.  Dallin has been working so hard in this meet he finally broke 5 min.  It is so fun to watch him work hard achieve goals.

Happy Easter!  We are so glad for our Savior and that His Risen!  

We had some Easter Egg hunts with the primary.

Leah had a great season.  She ended up just off the podium in City finals in the 800 and 1600.

I was so impressed with her progress.  She has been keeping up the good work.

Dallin had a great track season and was awarded hardest worker!

We celebrated my Mom's Birthday and Easter at the park.

We had a fun Easter Egg hunt and yummy food.

We had a great Easter Sunday!  

My mom is the best and I am so glad she is here with us.

 

February Evan's Birthday and State Robotics

Evan had a great time at State Robotics!  He had great season.  They even made it to the finals.

They won an award as well.  I will miss this little robotics team next year!

Evan had Birthday.  He wanted to play football for his birthday.

We went to a park and played football and ate pizza.

We are so glad he is in our family.  He is smart, loving and kind.  He is so good about expressing gratitude.
