Thanksgiving Time

We spent Thanksgiving with the wonderful Luker family. We had a fabulous meal and played Mario Kart. Breanna is the Nintendo 64 Mario Kart Queen.

Here are the boys all playing or watching the Mario Kart. We all had a great Thanksgiving. We are grateful for good friends!

Dallin got to test out Peyton's Jumparoo. He loved it!

We wanted to take pictures since it was beautiful day, but Joshua wasn't into it.

Joshua had a great time throwing leaves with his buddies Ashton and Gilbert on Wednesday.

Proof

I know I already said Dallin is rolling over but this is proof. :) I finally captured it on camera.

I know Dallin looks upset in this photo because he is not feeling well, but I still made him preform tricks for the camera. Dallin is 27 in long and weighs just over 15 lbs. He slept really great today.

What a Week!

We could all use a little more sleep this week. Joshua ended up with a cold and could not sleep at all on Sunday night. He was up every 30-45 minutes from 1 am on. Michael actually stayed home from work because we all couldn't sleep through his crying. Michael ended up with a three hour nap on Monday Joshua took a four hour nap, and I got to go back to bed at 7:30 and sleep until 9am. He is doing much better now. I think he just knows how to express himself now and knows how to get out of his room so he comes in to see us often. He is doing great now, wants to play. He is being very rebellious and testing his boundaries, and my patience is wearing thin because of no sleep.

Joshua passed his cold on down to Dallin who has been waking up a night frequently now. My poor baby. He seems to be doing better. He has an ear infection that we are going to take care of today. (Doctor's appointment) I hope we all feel better after this weekend!

When Joshua was sick all he wanted to do was watch someone play video games. I guess it must be hardwired into boys to like video games. ;)

Rolling Over and Green Hat

Dallin has started to roll over in both directions (from the belly to the back only when is arm is down by his side). He is such a good baby! Joshua and his friend Afton play together often. They are so cute!

Joshua insisted on wearing this hat all day today. We got a lot of looks while going on a walk.

Halloween

Joshua and his friend Hayden at the Trunk or Treat.
Joshua had a hard time trying to keep on his hat, and wanting to smile for the camera. :)

We decided to go as Mario , Luigi, Peach, and Michael was the geek that plays the game. He has a controller in the picture.

We found a monkey to pose with. It is one of Joshua's buddies. We went to our Ward's Trunk or Treat. It was fun. We did not get one single trick or treater at our house.

Day of Ups and Downs

Joshua had a really rough morning. We went to the park and he fell twice. We had friends over and he just cried about every little thing, and Dallin shared his pain. Little did I know he actually hurt himself worse then I thought. He was also tired. He slept for almost three hours yesterday.
Joshua scraped his hand really good and anything he touches with it, he starts to cry. He will hardly let me look at it. It looks much better today. It is hard to tell how painful it looks in this picture.
It is hard to tell but he has a bruise on the side of his face, from one of the falls yesterday.

We carved the pumpkin for family home evening. We would show you the final result, but we will reveal that in the pumpkin carving contest blog when everyone can vote on their favorite pumpkin.

Dallin is just hanging out watching the trees move as we were carving the pumpkin.
