We had fair day on Monday.  The kids and I went with friends to the Arboretum.  We had a great time at the pumpkin patch.

The goats were hungry and eating lots of green leaves.  Evan wouldn't get close but enjoyed watching the kids feed the kids.

We also went to the concert.  The kids went and danced on the stage. They had a great time!

We also spent lots of time at the park during house showings.  We have done homework and had plenty of dinner picnics there.

We also got to go to the boys awards assembly.  Both boys are on the A honor roll.  Dallin also got the Top Cat award, which is like a citizenship award.  I am so happy with how well my boys are doing in school.  They are well above grade level and there teachers have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.  It warms my heart.

Fall Weekend

Leah wants to be Cinderella for Halloween, so we couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to the Arboretum in costume and take a picture with the coach.  She was in heaven.

Evan and Rylan ran around.  They weren't much into taking pictures.

Leah posed and was happy to take pictures.

This baby didn't do a bad job posing either.

The kids had Friday off so we rode bikes and played at the park.

The kids have tomorrow off too, so more playing with friends!

I also ran a half marathon.  This one was harder for me, because of the summer of sickness.  After pneumonia I had to work my way back, but I finished and it was perfect weather!

Toughest Mudder and Scouts

We got to cuddle with Thiago this week. He's so sweet.

Leah was loving on him.

Evan was nervous but wanted to hold him

Joshua had a pack meeting.  He loves scouts and has great leaders.

Michael finished the Toughest Mudder.  I was so proud.  He did great!

New nephew and park time!

My sister had a baby, and I got the pleasure of being there with her!  She had a long hard labor, but had beautiful baby boy.  He had respiratory distress so was in the NICU for few days, but is out and doing well.  She did awesome!

We are selling our house and have showings so we get to spend lots of time at the park.

Dallin has the monkey bars down now.

lots of running and rolling

I just wish it would cool down a little.

Michael was gone for the week, but he still found time to cuddle with Evan.  Our kids love books.  I find myself reading the same ones many many times, and we go to the library weekly.

The kids had Grandparents day at school.  Dallin had to turn this figure into an ancestor.  We decided on a pioneer.  I think it turned out okay.  I usually have Michael deal with the artsy stuff, but he was gone.

We had another Saturday full of soccer.  Leah scored her first goal!  I was so excited and was debating whether to take a pic, but was afraid I would miss it while digging for phone.  I just enjoyed it and didn't get a picture.  Dallin and Joshua's team is really good this year. The other coach asked if they could play with them to learn from them.  Joshua and Dallin's team are doing really well at passing the ball.  Dallin scored 4 times and Joshua scored 1.  It is fun to see how they are growing and learning.  Evan can't wait for his turn!

Fun Weekend!

Fall soccer has officially started.  Michael is coaching all of our kid that are in soccer.  This was Leah's first game.  She was excited.

Joshua played well and had fun!

Dallin scored two goals and had a great time!

Leah's team is young and learning lots.
The big boys went to the air show, so the little ones had fun in a box.

Joshua wants to be pilot.  He has checked out every book he can get his hands on about fighter jets multiple times.  He was in heaven at the air show!  He said it was the best day of his life!  Dallin, Michael, and Tony all agreed it was awesome!
They got to see the Blue Angles fly and see an f18 and f22.

Riding bikes!

We started out the week with the dreaded stomach bug.  Leah and Aunt Jenny started it off and it went through all of us, except Dallin.  Dallin was immune.
I went down next.  Michael had to go to work and I was sick, so Leah and Evan took the freedom and enjoyed it.  Leah decided to paint her brother and herself.  She tried to wash hers off before she saw me.  We all survived and are feeling good now.

We have been riding bikes and hanging with neighbors.

Michael's cousin Vivian taught my kids to play ghost in the graveyard, so they have taught the neighbors.  They have a good time in the evening.

My boys are finally starting to ride on their own!  They are doing so good!

I am so proud.

Leah and Evan enjoyed the swings while their brothers practiced riding.
