Staycation

Michael has had the week off, so we have been having fun. We put together the swing set. The boys are loving it. It rained here so it is really muddy, which is why I have cardboard down right now. :)

The boys have been playing in the backyard for hours. The swing and teeter totter are their favorites right now.

I was actually surprised at how much they love the teeter totter. They love to go up and down!

The boys have found a love for painting recently. It is fun to watch them make their creations. I am not very artistic so I hope they get some of Michael's talents. We have really enjoyed having Michael home this week. I think the boys will have a hard time with him being gone. They love doing everything with Dad. We had a great New Years party. We had dinner and friends over, and had a great time! On New Years day we played Wii games, Settlers, and Dominoes. It was fun. The first Settlers game Jenny and I held Michael to only three points, I don't think I have seen him so upset over a game before. :) We have a great week, but now we must get back to work.
