May is Here and Almost Gone
I got the messages that I needed to update my blog. :) I just have not had too much time to be on the computer. We had fun at the zoo two weekends ago, which is where the pictures above are from. I played hooky from a Church meeting and hung out with my family and our friends. We had a blast! Michael did a great job with Mother's Day, he made a delicious breakfast and dinner.
My patience have been tested this past week. I really need to work on my patience. This week is looking a little better. I am not sure if it is because I am in a better mood, or if Dallin is in a slightly better mood. I think Dallin may be teething so he has been very much attached to me. He also had a fever last week, but it was very low grade and went away over night.
The boys have been fighting a lot. Dallin is quite the antagonist. He will steal Lightning McQueen from all of Joshua's cars and crawl away as fast as he can. He does this several times. He will also take the binky out of Joshua's mouth right after nap time and take off with even though he already has one in his mouth. Joshua on the other hand is not so innocent either, he always seems to want to play with whatever toy Dallin or any other child at our house has, and feels it is his right to take it away. We are working on taking turns and sharing. I hope it will catch on soon. Joshua is doing ok with potty training. We still average about 1 accident every two days. I just wish he wanted it more. I still have to encourage him so much. Oh well, at least we are using less diapers now. Dallin is starting to stand a little on his own, and is walking behind the Tonka truck. They are both doing so great!
Below is a video of my boys actually getting along and this is what I would like to remember so that is why I posted it. The boys like to play in the window because they feel like they are outside. :)

Potty Training Break Through

On the Phone
I thought this was so cute, that I have to post. It may be only cute to me, but I think Grandma may enjoy it. Joshua was talking to Grandma and Grandpa on the phone for a long time. He was walking around with it and reading a book to them. I turned on the speaker so I could hear, and tried to get a video of it. The video is not great but you will get the general idea. My kids are growing up fast. :)
Spring has Blossomed
We are doing great here. The boys are getting over colds, but sleeping better now. Michael is working hard at work and we are keeping him busy at home with yard work. I am trying to catch up on sleep from the last couple of weeks, and feeling bad for things I may have said. When you are tired it is amazing what comes out of your mouth that you may not really mean. I am trying to get better at it. The older you get I think the more flaws you see in yourself. I am sorry if I did offend anyone, I promise you that was not my intention. Other than that we are enjoying the weather, and loving life.

9 Months!
Joshua is doing great as well. Recently he has been asking to go the zoo with Dad. Now his new thing is that he wants to go car shopping. Michael likes to go and look at cars. Eventually, someday down the road we would like to get another vehicle, so Michael likes to stop and look at cars. It is one of Joshua's favorite things and he left the dealership crying. Who knew car shopping was so exciting to a 2 year old.
